Direct booking terms.

These terms apply to direct bookings for Clyde on Sunderland. If you book through Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform, that platform's terms may also apply.

Guest numbers

This home sleeps up to eight overnight guests. The number confirmed on the booking is the number permitted to stay overnight.

Payment

Direct bookings require a 25% deposit to confirm dates. The remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Rates and inclusions

Direct booking quotes are in New Zealand dollars and apply to the whole home for the agreed dates and guest count. Any mandatory cleaning charges, card surcharges, taxes or other fees will be included or clearly declared in the written quote before you pay.

Cancellation

Direct bookings can be cancelled free up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellations 7-14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations inside 7 days are not refundable.

Damage deposit

A $500 damage deposit may be held at check-in and released after checkout, once the home has been checked.

Home rules

This home is non-smoking inside. Pets are not permitted. Large parties, stag events and hen events are not permitted. Small gatherings or wedding-party stays may be possible by prior arrangement.

Check-in and checkout

Check-in is from 3pm and checkout is by 11am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available when the calendar allows.
