If you enquire or book, we may collect your name, contact details, dates, guest count, booking notes and payment status. If you arrive from another website or a campaign link, we may also record that source so we can understand which marketing is working.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, confirm availability, manage the stay, send payment links, handle guest questions and improve the website.

Analytics

The website may use privacy-conscious analytics or Google Analytics if enabled. These tools help us see which pages are useful and where enquiries come from. They do not give us access to private messages or payment details.

We do not sell guest information. We may share booking details with service providers who help us run the stay, such as payment, cleaning, maintenance or booking tools.
